October 2002 - Sydney Book Show
Papyrus Publishing presented the range of multicultural books at the 4th Australian Publishers Bookshow.
The event took place as part of the 2002 Carnivale Literary Festival at the NSW Writers' Centre in Sydney on October 19 and October 20 2002.

The three books Good Grief by Dominique Hecq, Oz Tale Sweet and Sour by Leo Xi Rang Liu and Hermit Woman and Butterfly by Clarissa Stein were launched by Clarissa Stein, Ron Pretty and Liat Kirby

Canberra Spring Poetry Festival 2002
Papyrus Publishing sponsored Jordie Albiston for the Spring Poetry Festival, Canberra 2002. Readings took place Friday, the 4th of October and Sunday, the 6th of October 2002. For more than a decade, Papyrus Publishing has helped authors of diverse cultural backgrounds to publish their works comprising novels, poetry, short stories and essays.

The event took place as part of the official finale of the Centenary of Federation celebrations at Ballarat Town Hall from November 30 2001 to December 2 2001.

150th anniversary of the discovery of Gold in Victoria - a special multi-cultural event held at Sovereign Hill, Ballarat on the 20th and 1st of October 2001.
By displaying books from multi-cultural authors, Papyrus Publishing celebrated the many different nationalities that made up the early goldfields communities.
